Nothing really to bench mark them against at this stage - been running at a new/ just opened circuit, on new and different sized tyres to what I usually run.
I have previously run the Bridgestone RE55s on 16" wheels for circuit racing but not a 17" - I used Dunlop DZ03G's in 17" previously for tarmac rallys, so too much has changed to isolate the wheels specifically but no issues so far in ~350 race miles and similar road miles.

BTW, I used your pics as my desktop pic for the last month or so! Great looking car and pics!

Dunno what to tell you, they fit under the fender up front just enough, and even did a sort of load test, loosened spring on kw's as much as possible and jacked it up until the car slightly came off the lift and there was still room to shove a finger in between. At full wheel lock there's some slight rubbing, so no full lock. Next sat is groundschool so perfect opportunity to test them under medium stress before ripping it up at DE events. These wheels and dunlop direzza star spec so far have no issues minus full wheel lock 255 all 4 corners on 17/9's on a early offset car with turbo S hubs, spindles and calipers

Can't do a full wheel turn lock though just at the end end it will rub a bit on the inner bottom plastic, so be careful in the paddock!

The fronts I understand as I could have used only a 7mm spacer (to clear suspension or brakes...can't remeber which), but had the wheel well room to stnace them further outside.
But at THAT offset listed, the rears should be rubbing on the inside.....not the outside. Unless those 255's are just barely sliding by, which of course with any rear sag via weight or acceleration he'll know soon enough.
