I've seen that on CL for quite a while. I figure, the good deals don't last that long so there must be something up with this one...

That's worth $3k??? The work and parts may have cost far more than that, but nobody is actually going to back any of it up, so it's a $3k gamble. With all of that money previously invested, if it was still really worth anything, I don't think they'd be selling it in anything less than running condition.
