If there's anything there that your kids could truly use for the projects, you may have it for the cost of shipping. (in other words, don't clean me out just to put stuff on the shelf )

I do have some more 2.5L parts available, including an entire 2.5L motor with damaged valves. Not sure how we'd get it from MI to TX, but if it will be of value to you, send me a PM and we can sort out the logistics.

wow this is great thank you thank you
I will review with Zach and get a list for you
we will keep posting our list

I cleaned the garage today and put together a box of things you might be able to use, but I can't find your mailing address. Can you post it again?

Do you have any need for some track tires? I am getting ready to have my new tires installed an will have a set of Kumho Victoracers with some good tread left. They are 225/50/16 front and 245/45/16 rears. They have about 33% tread left. I will see about measuring tread depth remaining, but in my opinion would be great for at least a couple of weekends of hard driving on the track or several months of around town driving. Would be willing to help out with some of shipping cost if you guys could use them...

Zach has no tires at all and having kuhmos with 33% will get us by fine for now. Please let us know how much we need to raise to get them shipped. I have a shop that will mount them for free.

On the subject - I want to hold a fund rasing event that the kids can help with - with the need now at about 2500 per car - we have a challenge.

Do you all have any good ideas?

I may have spoken too soon. I was working on the car this past weekend and noticed that the rear tires are not in as good a shape as I thought. They have developed some larger dry cracks on the sidewalls from sitting, so they are not worth messing with. I will take a better look at the fronts and let you know what I find. My timeframe has changed on getting the tires changed, as now I have to figure out how I'm going to get the factory wheel locks off of the wheels, as the key doesn't seem to want to work. Sorry about the misinformation. I will get back to you on the fronts shortly. I hope they are in better shape than the rears.

Got around to changing the tires over the weekend and the fronts looked better than the rears, but when I talked to the tire shop about the one crack in each of the front tires, they advised against using them any further. I dropped back to the factory tire size setup with All Season Kumho Ecstas instead of the Summer Victoracers, so I am thinking that once I drive on the new tires, I will realize I want the wider tires back. If I decide to do that, I will gladly donate the 205's from the front. I will advise on what I decide to do and If I have anything else that may help you guys. Did you figure anything out on a fundraiser?

Thanks for all the support! We dug into our engine this week - And now realize what parts we need to get the car running and finished: 944 turbo block, crank, set of pistons, tie rods, black dashboard, passenger side mirror, and A/C compressor, set of fog lights, center console, and black door panels. I would really appreciate any help with these items. I live in Houston, but we can have items shipped from anywhere. Thanks so much and any advice is appreciated.
