I'm sure Patrick doesn't mind me saying, but some of the parts that people are suggesting are either available or being made by D9. Such as the 968rs wing. I believe they also have a hood in the works. Not sure how their lexan rear hatch is progressing. Not much use both these companies going after the same thing if there is going to be very little difference?

They are on a different continent. A bit cost prohibitive for most of us here in the US.

Ha, you should try having to order everything from OS. You think you're dollar is weak. Less than 1 year ago our dollar was equal to yours. Today it's .63c !!! Plus our economy was fine until those sub prime loans in the US started going bad.
I agree that freight is expensive but you guys pay nothing compared to us. Your cars and fuel are WAAAYYY cheaper so don't complain too much

Jeremy,
Do you have a pic of an existing one, by chance? This is one I could probably rattle off fairly fast
CPR, I've got the 968 piece sitting in my garage if you'd like to borrow/reverse engineer it to fit a Turbo. I had planned to extend it with fiberglass and trim the small bits that needs to be trimmed but you can borrow it if you want. I need to mail you your other stuff so I can put this piece in the package if you are really serious about it.

Pie in the sky wish, a between the seat mod that extends back from the gear shift and raises the clamshell cover/door higher for the rested elbow AND has a built in spot for two Mcdonalds cups.

Second pie in the sky for us non-track types, a fitted speaker platform that fits over the rear tire carpet hump all the way to the sides and with blank areas to install 2 6x9's or 6.5's and a 8" woofer. Must be able to mount and easily dismount from stock points so that the end user doesn't have to drill. Would look something like the piece that used to be an option on the last RX7's. I'll see if I can dig up a pic.

Yes, that would be great!

...and funny you should mention that about the taller console with cup holders....I thought I was the only one that had thought about this

Does anyone have a set of 968 mirror cups about? I am close, I think...but it would be nice to compare.....

My vote would go for the TRS wing. Not that I could afford it now with everything else going on with my car.

NO TRS WING

D9 is supposed to have one available this month, I think. From the few pics I saw it looks to be good construction, I cannot tell you of the cost however.

That's cool. Hope it won't be terribly expensive.
