Yup, I agree Mr E that it doesn't have to be c/f, it's just nicer. F/G is a more applicable material for 99% of people but include me +1000000 on fit and finish. If you look at other makes of cars and what is available we are embarrassed by the lack of options we have. Of course it's supply and demand...but still, there should be enough of us to get something going, Si?
While visually I'm not so in love with the louvres, I do agree that they will provide not only some hot air extraction, but also as TG pointed out earlier, it will help a lot in reducing underhood pressure. This is a consideration with a light hood. We will also have to get some locking pins or those nicer AeroCatch flushline versions. Me likey them. Just a matter of finding a suitable area to mount the locking pins. Check 'em out. Neat huh?

As far as the front vent I want a nicer version of what is on the hot 924 turbo here. The ducting is optional and something I would look at doing afterwards. For the benefit of high flow through in a low pressure area I can't go past this. For the guys with big front mounts especially. Having the ducting concentrates the flow but also eliminates rain from getting in underhood as much. It would of course be much more presentable and also should incorporate a small lip around the front and sides which further increases efficiency.

NOPE!
I read the rest, but let me start here. 15 buyers @ 950.00 US$ is $14,250.00.
Never going to happen. For CPR to make this, it has to make economic sense. He's not looking for any profit, but that 7025 UPFRONT investment, from customers, is unlikely.
I don't think there is any chance of that happening.
That just isn't the economic nature, of the customer base.
So, perhaps we should find a proper compromise, that works for us all.
I like that fastening system, that you posted. I'd like to vent the IC and Radiator area. I know that louvers would be great to have, where Tony suggested.

Nordschleife Master
Something that just came to mind, how about clear timing belt covers? No crazy fabrication needed, just a clean set of belt covers to use as molds. Material i guess would be polycarbonate. Would be nice to have for inspection purposes while still pleasing the naysayers that a random rock could get thrown up and into the belt drive.

Back hatch.
Apparently you can make 968 mirrors cheapter than bosch, IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU COULD MAKE A BACK HATCH, SINCE THEY COST $1800 AND ARE A COMMON FAILURE.
thank.s

Too bad theyre just as hard to find in AZ, and usually just as bad condition, and no one wants to ship them. Unless you know a way around it, im not looking forward to spending that kind of cheese. Cant the 944 spoiler mount to the 968 ?

Yes I wouldn't think it would be a issue. They are interchangable.
