Thanks Waqqas. Do you have any experience of the BWs in other cars?

WOW! One day and all this. Jeeez.
All I can say is Finally some new stuff. I love it.
I'm jealous of the up pipe you are able to make by not having the Steering column on that side.
headers are nice. I will be making a cheap set for my motor before I put it back in the car. it will NOT be equal length. Just straight out and down from each one into a 4 way. I really like the cut off oil pan for the smoother transition from the collector. I may actually use that.
What a monster. I can't wait for the numbers.

Well it pales into insignificance against your monster project but it should keep us busy.
Inside the oil pan are some nice mods too that will all but solve any starvation issues. Looking at the design I wonder how in fact you could get starvation compared to stock.
Had a look at the turn down tip for the exhaust today. Damn it's straight off an 18 wheeler. It's huge. Actually pretty funny. Can't wait to get this all installed.

To be honest Hans I am open to offers on this motor. That would allow me to finish my 'really amazing' motor that is half done. If anyone is really serious about buying this fantastic motor I'm open to offers. Hint, it will be worth more than most 951s that you can buy but who knows, the market is a funny thing. It's all about timing.
ps how is the Dutch Guilder going at the moment Hans?

The Dutch guilder has been sunset 7 years now, but the Euro is really still going reasonably strong: Has been 1.6 USD to the EUR, now 1.37.

Well, we both know what a amazing motor costs, I remember having a discussion with John Milledge, he could build me a "budget" engine for a mere $20.000, a full race one for $60.000.

I would be interested what you have payed for yours, PM me if you want.

Interesting figure$ there Hans. Probably a shock to many out there just what things can cost. I actually haven't sat down and added this one all up. Many of the components on this one would be equal to the full race that JME quotes on however thankfully the cost isn't quite in that stratosphere.

Yeah thanks Anders
On a separate note, what sort of rear suspension do some of those Audis have that share similar transaxles to us? Are any of them a more sophisticated multi link type thing?
