Default No horspower trophy's today - see last post.

View the A/f log. you'll see why I stopped on the first dyno. (Actually did this tree times and they were carbon copies all three times.) I was planning on upping the boost slowly. Didn't get past starting boost. I'm so sick of this problem. There are two or three people on here with leaning out problems. they still haven't found it either. I'm losing steam and money on this nightmare 23 year old wiring I've quadrouple checked. (clearly missing the problem) Mechanically solid. Compression & leakdown are perfect. Fuel pressure was solid all the way through. Injectors flowed and balanced perfectly, etc. etc. tried a million things.

Vitesse has E-mail now. But this problem was around before I purchased.
NOTE: This is not a Vitesse problem. It is a pre-existing condition wich Is why I thought if I got newer ECU's ,Sensors, MAF and Vitesse, it would clear things right up. (Read thousands of dollars)
Nope. Same ****. lots of money and time later. I miss the Honda wiring harness'.

I'll paypal anyone who comes up with an answer. But I'm sure, what little money I have left, Is safe.

What size injectors? What is fuel-pressure set at? Does it rise with boost? Do you have any datalogs of the MAF output in volts?

83lbs. adjustable set as 3bar. yes, it rose very little as it was only 3lbs.
I don't have the MAF Voltage datalogging capability. thing is. It had a good air fuel 2 quick runs down the street before the dyno. Then after the Dyno. I took it for a drive. Different car up top. (could run past 5K rpm, too lean) has done this twice. Ran great for a run or two. Then lean. Changed ECU's. Ran great for a couple runs. Then lean up top every run after. Changed ECU's and vitesse and MAF. Great for two runs then Lean up top again evrey run after.
NOT buying more ecu's until this is figured out.
I'm regretting Vitesse and should have gotten Stand alone with Flying loom. Not becuase of his product, but because I have to use stock wiring harness .

what are you using to measure your AFR? seems like you used the dyno for it? what about the run you did down the street? is your O2 sensor hooked up and reading?

Sounds simple stupid but did you ever change the fuel filter and pump? Original Knock Sensor?

Doesn't SMT6 give you all that you need? If you don't have one, can't someone lend you theirs?
What i/c do you have just by the way?
3.3 psi, what boost have you been using up to now?

To clear things up: Vitesse just provided the software! The MAF sensor, Injectors, and the rest of the hardware parts were supplied by the customer.
A faulty MAF, Faulty TPS (not reading WOT, seen it when TPS gets hot), faulty ground, faulty fuel pump (if fuel pressure is dropping)..... Bad hose to Fuel Pressure...

Were you monitoring fuel pressure when doing the dyno run. If so and that was good, given the intermittent nature and that you've changed other components, sounds like a problem with the injector harness or an injector. I think LR have replacement injector harnesses.

Well the graph only shows you boosting to under 4psi. 14s arent' irregular to innitiate quick spool at that low of boost. I think you said you had other runs that didn't lean out up top, but I think you need to hit like 7psi+ at a constant to dip into 12 A/F

Innovative Wide band. Has a wire for Narrowband for use on the stock ecu's.
The Dyno is the dyno from my old shop. It also reads from the innovative. Just an RCA jack away.

The O2 was hooked up down the street. Read great Air fuels dipping to 11:1 around 6Krpm. (for the first two runs of the new ecu's life anyway. lean on everyone after that)

This is not intermittent. Its a pattern. Works fine for about 5 minutes. Then is lean EVERY run, same exact way every time after that. change ECU. Works for 5 minutes. Then goes lean everytime after that. etc.
