AIR Splitter question

So I bought a splitter off ebay on the cheap and it arrived today. First thing I notice was it's not an AIR piece, it's a copy off their piece. Reason I can tell is it has indentions where the piece they copied was drilled for mounting. So someone is making copies of AIR's splitter and turning a profit obviously, but thats neither here nor there.
My question is if the underside is supposed to be concave like mine is? Are real AIR splitters concave or flat? The pictures describe what I'm talking about.

It's possibly just f/g shrink making it concave? Hope it doesn't create lift.....

Hey are these the 125 dollar race splitters or the other ones? I have mine in the mail right now and I don't know what they look like and how they mount...any pics?

it's a damn race car...i assume it does the job and is made to the level of polish that I treat them...they get knocked off every season...not about to have it painted either.

that looks exactly like every AIR splitter ive ever installed- and its been several. They come w/ the holes cast in them in a close proxemity to where they belong. Mine is concave as well- for clearance.

If you car has a low ride height, the splitter mounts so low that its really in harm's way. Did I say consumable??

Dan, I noticed the cast holes after final inspection. The ones shown have clearly been made by someone else. There are two sets of holes, as in some spots, there's a cast and a non-cast hole.
I got it mounted. i chose to do the route that looks like it was done in Sam's post. The splitter mounts to the bumper with clips and screws, but in order to remove it, I'll have to remove the bumper. I find it better this way as there aren't any holes in the underneathe side and it's a clean look.
My bumper was way bent and I had to persuade the bumper to fit the splitter. It's pretty solid and I even put it on the car to get a pre-view. Taking it to the body shop sometime this week to get a fresh coat of guards red laid down, then I'll tape it off and spray the back black to clean it up. Can't wait!
And man, this thing is LOW. Like, lower then I would have thought. I'm not so sure I want to lower the car anymore...
