As far as my engine being bigger, yes it is a little but, you have bigger valves, hotter cam, stage 2 headers, bigger intercooler, bigger TB, a bigger turbo and more boost.

torque - how much "work" you can do
HP - how fast you can do it
Looks like tool can do it pretty fast

One aspect a dyno does not capture is how fast an engine climbs through rpm.
it will be about driver - (read throttle modulation)
Neither car will hook will break loose (spin tires). Who ever spins the tires will loose
So is this a best 2 out of three runs kind of deal????

Camshaft profile, turbo characteristics, amount of boost
look like apples and oranges to me

Here are my predictions... Ok, well with some help.
Should be an intresting race. ST will need to keep it above 6k in order to capitialize on his HP advantage.
Here's the software if you want to plug in different numbers. Play with the Tire traction coefficient. All the other numbers only make minor changes...

One tip. Race 2 out of 3, but make every race like the last one, because if you really go this fast, you're likly to be asked to leave ET or no ET.
***************** edited to correct crank HP for ST. **********
using a factor of .9, you can use anything you want but I needed crank HP for the calculations.
