Those are the cages that hold, or held, the bearing in the CV of the axle.

switch to later rear trailing arms, of course that would mean one offset up front and one in the rear.

You can get them from Lindsey Racing Link

Bridgestone RE750, 275/40/17. They are and Ultra high performance tire with a treadware of 340, there are much stickier street tires out there.

Most likely keep breaking stuff, but I am going to try a slightly less devistating launch technique.

I know, I find the rules amusing. Our local place, $10, run whatever. Helmets if you consistantly run better than 13.9 (if you do a few times they dont care). Cages if you run better than 11.99 on a public night (if you rented the track, they just tell you no passangers.) Great track prep and no one bothers you.

Those are the basic rules at lebanon. The only real additions are muffler and no slicks. Every drag strip will also make sure you have a coolent catch can, right now I am useing an empty oil botlle ziptied to the hard pipe. No muffler is a little stupid but some of the cars that are there on saterdays are loud and I can see how that can effect getting permits to run a certain times, like at night during the week. I find it almost impossable to believe that in LV they don't make you use a helmet under 13.99 and have a cage under 11.99.

If it's a NHRA sanctioned track. they've relaxed the rules a bit. Below a 11.49 you need a 6point roll bar. It's not 11.99anymore - YEAH - 135mph or faster or a 9.99, then you need an actual 10point Cage. Among a plethora of other restrictions. SFI rated this and that, parachute, etc.

SHould be good with a helmet. I think both of you has a 6 point roll bar right?
