Dear Mr C Bobo:

You sound like a wrench, stats guy, or historian. My question, since you are so now blowing this thread into pieces, is, what is "your" racing background? I'd like to hear your racing credentials. Starting with karting series and championships won. What racing schools, and series won. What novice series you did, and places won, and of course you won all those series too. Right up until your full factory ride in IMSA? Please educate us with your own personal experiences with racing, not your buddy Max Papis, or someone else. I want to hear yours now. From all the crap you said, you really come across as a wrench and a want-to-be driver who never raced a car, did a DE, or even had a real Pro license in a real series.

So please chew on that gum, and enlighten us. I am so dying to hear this now. For me, this isn't about a Vette anymore (sorry John and you are my pal), but it's about Mr. 14 posts and his Championship titles that he attained from as low as the Skip Barber Series, to IMSA GTP, to F2000, F3000, WSC, Formula Atlantic, Indy Lights, and of course Indy. And oh, did you ever test in F1 too? Maybe you tested with Ferrari, Honda, Williams too? But of course under another name?

We are all ears......

EDIT: Maybe you actually are going to replace Shuey and knock Kimi out of his slot with Ferrari too? Wow, due tell us Mr Grand National, a great car that had bucket seats my grandmother used to ride in.

I see - Thank you Luis.
You know for a fact that this is the target market? 59-79?
What types of security/safety items do you suppose GM includes in the trunk then?

I have no race racing experience...other than crunching numbers and contracts for pro race teams and wrenching on a few

DEs and a lot of spectating and reading and working on some low level race folks' rides...thats all

Is that enough to perhpas qualify me to know some BS when I see / hear it?

Or should I not comment on anything b/c I have a lowly 14 posts? and just read these BS type posts sans comment.

I'll shut up if you want me to. Close knit little pack of wolves though you got here....its like showing up to a Compton gang fight with a sling shot.

Its fun on here....some of you all got some serious time on your hands don't you?...you like trust fund babies or what?

Why is it that Europeans take a car with 2.5 litres and pound out oh say 400rwhp with a fair bit of tinkering. But Americans take a 7litre motor and can only get 500 reliably....

Point made by Jeremy Clarkson...go ahead say he's full of it. Its not like he drives the very best of everything! AND HE BOUGHT A FORD!!!! FORD'S BETTER THAN CHEVY...BUY THE BAD BRAKING BOWTIE OF DEATH!!! THE GOLDEN BOW OF DOOM!
