The AFR is very steady, but was a little on the rich side. Took me only ten minutes to get those adjusted (with a SplitSecond PSC1-003F).

Are you considering new chips for your 951??? Go for the 951MAX chips. I can't imagine that you will be disappointed!

The support is also very quick! I made a mistake resetting my piggyback to zero which resulted in the car not idling (I accidentely resetted the piggyback to a setting which caused the car to run extremely lean). After reporting my problem I received an answer within 10 minutes.

(my car: '87 951, LR MAF, LR 3" no cat, LR WG, 3Bar FPR, Delphi 65lb/hr, K26/6@15psi)
Well I got maxxed too. I can confirm his comments. As I started the car I could already feel the idle is much better. As the engine warmed up it's definitely smoother. Best of all the way the engine respond off boost with regular stop and go traffic. The smoothness during 1st gear normal driving accelaration is greatly improved over my previous chip. I haven't had a chance to take it on the freeway yet or do some datalog with Zeitronics but the difference is great.

Those looking for better driveability off boost all I can say is try it. Dyno sheets from other members already proves what this chip is capable of.

Cool Cas, It is great to see more people trying then on their cars.

I was waitting for your reponce, because I also have the Scivison MAF , And I wanted to see how it work.

Q: when you order the chips, did you specify it for a MAF sensor or for a the original sensor?

Thanks

Regards,
AL

This was my first question to Russell prior to ordering. He said to select the AFM when ordering. I have to tell ya the driveability is greatly improved.

the chip is great. Car runs very strong. I have an issue with the turbo and huge back pressure but the chip is working well.

I wish I could give them away with the chips But I'm giving them for what they cost, 15 bucks plus 5.00 shipping, here's a link:

Yes, I didin't mention it. The first chip I received I was running really lean. At first startup cold Zeitronics was showing 17.* AFR and slowly dropped to 14.7 after a few minutes. As I lightly pushed the throttle AFR would go up to 17-18 which was scary. I immediately shut it down and called Russell. This is when he saw that he shipped me a chip mapped for #55 injectors. Zeitronics saved the day for me. Russell sent me the chips right away and came in on Wednesday morning. Installed it. DME/KLR are still laying on the floor of the car and took it out for a spin. At startup cold I noticed right away there was a difference.

One thing with Russell's great support. He is also willing to share ideas and talk about anything other than troubleshooting your issues. Nice guy.
