Russell,
A few questions about the chips.

If you change the fuel injector size does it require new chips?

Can you run them at any boost in the range in the "chip selector" (i.e. 15-18)

Thanks,

Thanks,

Yes, changing modifications such as fuel injector size, turbo size, AFM/MAF, etc. requires a differently mapped chip. For that reason, we offer re-tuning at a reduced price so that you do not have to pay full price for a new chip when making modifications.

Russell

+10!!!!!

I have odd ball injectors and chips were dead on a/f right out of the gate with no need for fine tune or re tune.

Biggest difference, aside from not being charged $500+ for custom chips, much smoother and on/off boost much better.

For me with the really big turbo, off boost throttle response is very important and VERY noticable now with the 951 MAX chips.

Also, like the "MAF chips" you can vary your boost and the a/f will stay the same.

Congrats to you Russell.

A fresh approach to 951 Motronic tuning is definitely welcome. I look forward to testing your chips on my '89 951 and will be getting back with you about getting on your resellers' list.
