Perhaps for you mr. wayne race fuel is available in every gas station since you live in a redneck infested state and most of the rednecks use race fuel in their hemi's but here in So Cal gas stations that offer race fuel are scarce.

But........ you are right Lart, race fuel not available everwhere, I think all the late model dirt trackers around here run Moonshine as race fuel

You guys are lucky to have access to any of that stuff, but on an episode of
'5th gear' I saw a guy run a Merc for some distance powered by the oil to out of an old chip fryer. Now that was scary!

Thanks for the vp tip.
Turns out there is a distributor near San Diego _> El Cajon, CA.
It will probably be about the same price per tank but easier

I know I can get a 55gal drum or 112 unleaded for about 469 which is pretty damn good

Yes ethanol is still corrosive, but nothing like methanol... ethanol is simply grain alcohol, and if it wasn't mixed with gasoline you could drink it...

93 octane + 50/50 water/methanol = 116 octane
