Would it be possible to also get smoked lenses?

Tina

If you're still following this thread I thought I'd give you a little different perspective to consider. As you can see by the number of people who have accessed this thread there is a lot more interest in your product than you might realize. there are many of us who have been just lurking and following the progress of this deal to see what happens. From my perspective nearly all of us who maintain a passion for these cars just cant stand the orange lenses as OEM and would like to change them for a better look. It is my view that there could be many more than 5 or 10 people who are ready and willing to buy your lenses depending on the quality and cost. As you note, we are all aware that the plastic is cheap and that once a mold is made the production costs should be relatively inexpensive. I'd bet my new turbo that if you show the quality product that you know you can produce and price it with more folks in mind our little community will make it worth your while.

Consider it this way (although I was never a math major)10x $100 = $1000
but 50x$50=$2500

For the 951/S2 front turn signals we only need one extra down payment and a set of stock turn signals. If someone is so kind to send them a set of stock turn signals I will make a third down payment to get things going!

I'm using my 951 as a daily driver so I can't send them my turn signals.

I already have front clears from ECUDooberhead. I can lend my stock fronts ambers for this cause. I just hope that I would not be contributing to a major screw-job on my fellow 'listers.

What lenses are still needed? I have an 86 NA parts car, but I am not sure which lenses are the same between Turbo and NA.

not knowing anything about these cars here is what i learned
any lyear 951 or 944S2 will do for the turn signal.
and that is the only lens i need so far.
nothing else has the 5 down payments required.

maybe we can start with one project and once everyone sees the quality of our product we can move foward with other projects.

If I send those lenses off my turbo, I would assume that I will be refunded the shipping when I order?

I am boxing up some 951 front and side marker lenses to send in on Monday, along with a downpayment, so that should cover it.

Regards,
