Got to the house just a bit ago, and guess what I found...the Postman cometh!

Haven't opened it up yet, but I'm anxious to see it. My mean side wanted to come out and rub it in a little...

I'm sure I got mine so soon because I don't live that far from Griffin. You guys from the first batch should be seeing yours soon.

Thanks for everything Bill!

#9...

It's a shame that I'm not installing it right away. I got it (like many of you) as a "know I'm gonna need it some day, might as well jump on the opportunity while I can" type of deal.

I figure if I haven't started having problems by the next time we pull the belts, etc, then we'll do it all at once.

I'm # 4 on the list. I e-mailed him last week to ask for shipment status. Scott replied on 6/17 stating that it will ship this week and I should see my order this week.

i'm like most of you. I didn't really need it yet but figured this was the only oppurtunity to get one. I have a list of parts that I've purchased and didn't install yet. I can't seem to find the time.

1. New Fuel Lines
2. Injector seals
3. Throttle Body reseal kit
4. Brake pads
5. Paint to repaint Calipers
6 Now Radiator

Maybe I should host a Wrenching party......

Hey!! Scotty told me I was #16!!! not that I care or anything...what are thoughts on adding a oil/water cooler using the new capacity available with this radiator? I have a large unit meant for a 914-6 conversion from Patrick Motorsports and its a really nice Setrab cooler, but a oil to water cooler might be more effective and easier to locate on our cars. Also Does anyone know if the oil path through the oil filter housing sends half the oil to the cooler and half to the filter uncooled? last time I changed the oil I looked at the housing and this is what it seemed like...Any guidance would help here. I was just at Lime Rock for two days with a 282whp car and the oil temps (sender in drain plug) went to 230ish, and I'd like to stay lower than this.

You guys are welcome!

THE RADIATORS ARE SWEET AREN'T THEY!

Like I said before, make sure you fit the fan shroud (bolt holes) onto the radiator while they are out of the car. Any minor adjustments can be done with a rat tail file. But I will stop saying this when one of you guys say the fit is good. This is the only adjustment that I was not able to check. I just got one radiator, the prototype. You guys are getting revision #1 "for production".
