Nice! That's a clean one.
This is my new to me 1986 944 Turbo.158,000 mi. Rebuilt powertrain and engine at 135k miles with 3.0 Crankshaft-camshaft-bearings-valves-gaskets and seals, New KKK-27 Turbo and B&B stainless exhaust apparently it produced just under 300hp at rear wheel on the dyno after rebuild. Has 23 years of receipts showing over $50k in repairs. Not a dent or ding on this thing. Everything works great, only issue is cracked dash. Having trouble finding information on replacing the dash.

'86 951 Tribute Car
I'm not sure if I posted these before but......'86 951 barn find 5 yrs ago and spent subsequent years with bumper to bumper resto. The suspension, brakes and graphics are part of my efforts to build a Tribute car. Virtually everything except the engine core has been replaced, rebuilt or upgraded.

Burning Brakes
My New 1987 951
Hey fellow Rennlisters! I recently purchased a 951 to satisfy an nostalgic itch I've had for years. I had an '86 51 for 3 years and sold it years ago - it was my first Porsche. Since then, I've owned a 2001 Boxster S, a 1990 BMW 325is, a 1988 BMW 325is track car, and a 1999 996 C2. But, I've always had my eye out for another 951. So, I sold the '88 BMW and found this beautiful Ocean Blue 951 and I just love it! The only blemish is a tear in the bottom of the driver's seat. But, I'll be working on that this weekend.
