Busy weekend
- fixed front left turn signal
- installed new 968 roof antenna - PO had replaced windshield with one that doesn’t have antenna. Like this type for performance and appearance - note, not all roof antennas you will find are at same angle.. I got mine from http://theantennasource.com/ and the cable from Roger at 928srus.com (have to call to get as not listed on their site, Roger is THE MAN for Porsche parts!)
- reglued some spots where vinyl shrank/came undone
- Installed new windshield washer pump

Finally got my roof rack mounted. Very simple, fits perfectly. Can't believe it sat around for 2 years...and only took 15 minutes to do.

@Jose Rivas Love the white piping. I'm about to recover my sporties, where did you go for the covers?

Nurburger, I've been drooling over the pix of your car for several years!
Really nice leather upgrades...local or one of the vendors in Panorama/Excellence?
Thanks for sharing.

Much appreciated Rob.

I'm lucky to have Rod Klinghoffer (Hof Designs) and Classic 9 local to me. Rod does the cutting & sewing of the leather and C9 does the install. Here's my original project thread in case you missed it:

Its a CPR (Chris Patrick) splitter made out of ABS. Used ones pop up for sale occasionally on the Rennlist and Pelican boards

CPR V1 splitter

Thought my paint was in good shape. It’s very smooth. I think it’s 30 years worth of oil/grease that has worked its way into the paint.
