To get the most out of your conversion, your turbo will be to small airflow wise. Also your maf and chips will out of there range
As far as the clutch goes you might be ok. No drag racing style driving! 2.8 will produce alot of torque ask David floyd.

Third clutch is on order now.
TO4B is not much larger than a K26, so too small for 2.8, not that you could not run it, just not getting full power from the 2.8.
Are your sure you have a TO4B ? the one I had was a 2.75" inlet.
Pic shows TO4E- TO4B- Stock K-26

So would the a T04E work well than?
Would the vitesse kit work with the 2.8?
I have the MAF, and turbo. The injectors should already be upgraded on the car.

Stage 2 is not a good match for a 2.8l.. It works, but will limit you HP wise.. The hot side (housing/wheel) is not ideal as well as the compressor..
When going to a 2.8l you need a matching setup.. Also, 2.8l stroker, requires different timing than the 2.5l...

Now if I can get a clutch package that can handle the torque, I will post a dyno sheet showing what a complete Vitesse kit can do with the 2.8.

For clutches, the discs are fine. It's the pressure plate that needs upgrading. Move to a KEP pressure plate and you're good to go even with the Cup clutch disc.
And if I had to do it again, it'd be a turbo or S/C V8 swap. Screw all this big $ investment and still getting lag... nothing beats having 400ft/lbs of torque at 1500rpm!
