Default Powerhaus '86 3.0 951 assembly fresh glasurit (pic heavy)

Welp, my 951 has been sitting for years. My mechanic had fallen ill about 2 years ago.

I have my own shop now, and will be doing it myself. Will need pointers along the way, and I will be streaming the build on YT, and IG. Of course will keep this thread updated.

All thee parts are bought. OEM everything(for the most part 944/68/24/3). Rogue m-tune. I might put the f9 in. IDK.

I'll list it eventually. It's a long list. I bought nearly every part you can think of new OEM from pelican before they started becoming really scarce.

My shop is near Prescott, AZ. It's just a small warehouse for the 951. I'm calling it my 944 stable.
3 liter build. Was built back in 2008-9. This is the build that sparked the 3 liter registry. Put 50k on it before doing the cosmetic resto. It's been sitting for a few years now.

'89 2.7 944 NA head
Pauter rods
Andial mahle pistons
968 crank
S2 block
Rogue m-tune
Vitesse stage 3 turbo

Spec mini twin clutch

all new trim OEM. Every seal, every grommet, etc, etc.

all new decals

new crest

968 clubsport steering wheel

Still need to order the new interior upholstery

gt-racing front splitter

Elephant racing bushings

Automatic roof delete/manual conversion

Some of the 944 freaks here may remember Powerhaus, and David Raines. This is the last 3.0 951 build David Raines was involved in, and the last of his 944 parts.

As much as you've spent so far, I'd seriously consider getting a new harness and going standalone. Plenty of people doing this nowadays.

At this point, I've ripped a couple 44's apart, but this is the first time I've put one together. I'd be lying if I said I wasn't a little bit intimidated. It's getting really difficult to find a shop to wrench on these any more locally. It's time I started doing all my own work.

I recommend MaxxECU. They are currently the most used ECU in the 944 business.
I can supply one and build you a full harness if needed

pm me if you’re interested!

I had been considering the F9(theyre local) or the augtronic from LR.
