I know of course you meant RON. Cause that's the standard in Europe. 95 RON is 91 US: (R+M)/2.

I'm talking to the dyno shop today. In any case, a new standalone isn't going to be top on the list for a while.

No dyno nearby. So will probably have to rely on remote tuning.

Soooo, turns out the machine shop next to my shop has an engine dyno. I can use whatever ECU I want. They have no preference.

Sounds good! I can also recommend some very good people that can do remote tuning, but I’ll provide you with a good basemap for sure if you do go for MaxxECU!
Also, if you prefer to call, all fine by me!

Yeah, I'm stoked. Neighbors are awesome. Machine shop with dyno on one side, a full custom detail shop on the other. Full body shop, and paint booth in the units up front. Got everything I could possibly need here.

I'll likely go through you. I'm filling out passport app now. Going to Ireland and Scotland this fall. Amsterdam is on the bucket list.....

Nice! Jealous on that!
Let me know if you’re in Amsterdam, I’ll try to make time and take you for a ride in my 968!

Not selling anything, so no dog in that fight. But aren't more people using Peeps PnP VEMS, that's probably cheaper?

No idea. The more I think about it, I don't see the advantage of a standalone for a 100% street car. A stand alone seems too far from OEM. The more custom it gets the more difficult is is to find a shop to touch it. Ive been talking to Porsche classic about doing the work, but they wont touch it if it has a standalone for example. Ive tried to keep this build as OEM as possible.
