I can probably re-use the parts from LR if you want, but it will be easier to sell those parts and get one complete harness instead of a Frankenstein version!
Send me the PM and we’ll talk / call!

Oof, 6k list price for a MaxxECU, plus a custom harness??? I'm having a really hard time understanding what makes this worth 4-6x the price of other ECU's. Does it give me blowies too when I start it up? Steep.
I'm going to see what the dyno shop says. Since they'll be doing the tuning.

928-944pqrts.com Has a kit, which is what I was going by. They were saying 5400 euro, which is like 5800 usd.
That's in the ballpark. (your price) I'll PM you today.

I did 600HP / 700NM, but that was still on low boost. Headstuds were the bottleneck.
Next time we’ll push some more, I’m hoping for 650whp.
I’ll be replacing my wastegate for a Turbosmart Electronic one to give better control and better range of high / low boost.

If you're not doing the tuning yourself then you would best off going with whatever ECU your tuner is most familiar and comfortable with. There is very little separation amongst modern standalone ECU's, so it basically comes down to personal preference and experience. If you use an ECU your tuner isn't familiar with then you'll just end up paying more for their extra time to work through the nuances of a new software, and likely end up with a less optimized final calibration.
If your tuner is familiar with MaxxECU, and that $3700 price quoted above includes a fully terminated and sheathed harness plus some sensors then that is a very reasonable price.

The €3700 is for a fully terminated harness (well, some things might be left, depending on what you want).
All harnesses are fully custom so you can and remove anything you want.

I sure have one of these! But I did add an extender for more inputs.

Very true! Although I do make sure the ECU come fully configured and I provide after sales support (remotely) to remove any issues from the car.
