That's pretty amazing...
I'm sorry now that I didn't actually weigh it, but I'd bet the insulation and carpet alone are worth at least 100 lbs... (at least I remember the garbage cans as being especially heavy on the trip down the drive...).

I wish I had a pic of the old dash; cracked, seperating from sun damage but I don't. Jim found a local guy in Corpus who recovered it in a small shop. There are a couple of small imperfections but it's a track car and for $100, it "ain't" bad.

Update: interior prepped for white paint this weekend
Next month (May) the car will get a new clutch, rod bearings, ALL seals, lightened flywheel, LSD, water pump, head from Memphis Motorwerks, hoses, wastegate, vacuum lines, etc if we can get everything in on time. Koni front and rear coil-overs with 750/600 springs, M030 sway bars, and...
Kokeln turbo(couple of tricks), LR Stage III MAF and Mafterburner piggyback, just picked up today. Pick up the Sparco Seats, harnesses and 3" exhaust on Friday.

That top picture makes me dizzy.
How'd you get it to stick to the ceiling like that?
This thread makes me hot.
Makes me want to take my car apart more than it already is!
Question perhaps you'll know:
How do you remove the plastic grill below the heater blower?
Do you have to get at it from underneath?

"dizzy", visual effects, flip and mirror the image
I talked to Jim and when he got the blower out, the evaporator core was right there. I wasn't there for that and all the interior. I go down there next month for a week and do the engine work, while he watches me!

staying busy and doing some trail fits. MOMO wheel will be on next week. Suspension is about a week out, front coil overs should be mailed from True Choice tomorrow - cause she has got to come down almost 2 inches.

Well, Jim had a driver who works for him drive all the way up here and get the parts that we have stashed. Seats, exhaust, MOMO hub, sliders, Kokeln shifter, 89 tranny, bumper cover/2 splitters, etc. It was actually cheaper than shipping all the parts. The seats have new covers and an extra set, along with extra fabric and an extra back pad.
