Were you able to plate the head light cross bar with the plastic pieces still installed?

No, I bought a brand new cross bar (and plastic pieces).

Headlamp adjustment almost finished. It is pretty decent as it is, but here and there I might be able to improve the gapping.

Are the plastic shrouds around the headlights new parts?

Wondering if you can still buy those new from Porsche.

I want to get new pieces for my headlights.

Those pieces are 30 years old and have been cleaned thoroughly.
For the 944 Turbo those pieces are no langer available. For the N/A those pieces are still available (and affordable).

With all the beautiful art work, what engine will you use? I looked at the LS conversion, but it seemed a job never to be complete. Ultimately, went back with 2.5L turbo motor, with a little more turbo size. I can definitely see a three L turbo motor as viable.

I have not decided, but I am leaning toward a 3.0 liter Turbo conversion.

That's exactly what I would go with if I was doing a project like this.

Can't wait to see the finished product.

Did you buy the sound deadening new? I am about to remove mine from the RAGE2 car I am restoring.
