Default throttle bodies

Would any body know what throttle bodies would fit the 928 and are there any bmw or other cars that would have something on them that would work? thanks for any help? like to ask another question to . Does the spring under the oil pressure sender have anything to do with the oil pressure? Please

You can adapt just about anything with money and time. The springs under the OP sender are for the bypass circuit

Hi Ray-

I'm not aware of any aftermarket throttle bodies that are plug and play for either an 85 Euro S or an 86.5, and I'm not sure that the throttle body would be the limiting factor in airflow in either car. If you're looking for more power I'd start with exhaust and/or Ken's S300 chips for the 86.5

Hi and thank you. I already have a 3.5 inch single exhaust and kens chips on the 86.5 so i am in the process of putting an 87 motor in the 86.5 now . one problem i am having is the top oil cooler line snapped off and took about 1/2 of the threads with it,going to see if i can tap it a little deeper i hope. I see all these 928's with tbs on them and the power they make with some decent cams so i thought i would give that a try. that set up with a turbo such as Colin has on his i would think that would do it. best,Ray ya comments please

Ah, you mean individual throttle bodies (ITBs)? There are a couple of very good threads on them for S4 motors, here are a couple for starters:
