I've seen the answer to this but now I search for hours and can't get it again.
I want the 4 pin connectors for the Cayenne COPs. I bought 8 that look perfect but the pins are slightly too far apart.
Someone listed the Kostal part # but I can't find it.
Can anyone help?

Rule of usage: when using an abbreviation (or acronym), write the full name followed by the abbreviation in parentheses at the first mention of the name.
I have no idea what you are talking about (and since no one has responded to your question, apparently no one else does either).

They are just darn expensive making them almost unusable. Its a dealer only part, and something like $50 for each plug and pin set.
It was cheaper for me to buy take-off engine harnesses when I looked at using them.
FYI, the 2.0T Audi Coils work just fine with our engines, all you have to do is remove a little nub cast into the plastic to retain the boot - it takes just a couple seconds with a hack saw. Those connectors are super cheap through many sources, but VEMS USA is the easiest.
I did design a boot years ago to adapt them to our valve covers.

The connectors I have look perfect and the 'mouth' and seal are fine but they have a very slightly wider pin spacing.

The ones you have are likely for the VW COP units.
I gave 8 cayenne units I might be willing to sell.
What are you planning to use to fire the COP units?
The cayenne units are a real PITA to get working properly. Not many brains will fire them properly.

I bought a VW C-O-P to see if it fitted the connectors I have but it's the same deal, not quite.
I plan to use a Link G4 Thunder EMU. I've spoken with them and they assure me that this unit will work the Cayenne units.
This G4 Thunder model supports twin E-throttles, 2 knock sensors and 2 WB O2 sensors. All of which I want to use. They claim to work with any E-throttle and any E-pedal.
The Beru C-O-P I have's outer pins are 17.6mm centre to centre and I think each pin is about 5mm centre to centre. It's hard to measure them down inside their tube, so take my measurements as a guide only.
