the 4.5 was a US with LJet. the mixture issue was due to lack of RRFR which scot now has, fuel curve looks good, but voltage was also an issue, due to a dead (dying battery and alternator issue) . mixture was not effected up to the max torque area. after, even without the eRAMs, we had a mixture issue.
now, we need to go back and see if our 10ftlb gains, which was repeatable, carries out to redline as it does on our 911 at 210hp at the rears.

(however I should add, we had one fan in each of the intake tubes, at 100amps or so! no problem as it is at WOT only)

Erik,

Was his objective to provide cooler air for the intake?

Mark - only Rennlist Members may sell their wares on the forums - perhaps you might consider stepping up.

Dennis - he figured it would give a supercharger effect. Good idea up front, we were only 16 at the time.

Randy,

Mark was only responding to my query and comment. I do agree with your feelings about membership for all that have profited with knowledge or sales from this site.

It FORCES COLD AIR inside your engine with a Great Supercharged effect.

That's a really neat trick. I wonder how they do that with the intake mounted right in the flow of hot air coming off the radiator?

I find this part interesting!

Our Centrifugal Superchargers Kits Produce 250 cfm of Compressed Air Moving Power.

Where do you start, will it ever end?

Total Crap - stay far away from them. Those guys are scam artists, big time!

Just kidding. Mark Kibort is involved with tthe e-rams and I beleive is using them on his race car. You may want to PM him so that the sponsor rules are kept intact.

Now that interesting. First time I have seen those.

It says a 27 HP gain. By putting two on an S4 ( one on each side ) I guess that would be 54 HP....not bad for the price.

I wonder how well they work.

Thanks! I ran across this site by accident and hadn't seen this before. Looks great. If they do work, not a bad investment at all!

That is hogwash there is no way that device can flow enough mass air to make the difference worth the time and money.

I keep looking at the e-ram, and it seems so reasonable, though they don't get much love on this board! Strange, because it's not as though forced induction is some mysterious principle.

Attitudes seem to run the range of those who think they are totally ridiculous scams to those who think that they are a kind of inappropriate technology for a 928.

I don't think Kibort is running them on the "Holbert car", though he has used them in the past. I forget why.

Someone also mentioned that they are really noisy, and when they kick in under full throttle, let off a demonic vacuum cleaner howl. This is the main reason I've been staying away from one.

There have also been concerns about electrical load when they run, but it seems that a healthy battery is the only pre-requirement.

If anyone has some video of an e-ram car in action, I'd love to look and listen, particularly from inside the cabin.
