Ummm....that sure looks like an auto to me...and the asking price is definitely fishing territory!

Recently an '87 S4 Auto with 14K sold for under 40K CDN.

So do you mean that you are in extreme awe of the car? [since aweful is not a word] or do you mean that the car is awful to you? I am not being a d&ck, I am just trying to understand what is your opinion about the car.

I saw that earlier, looks like the biggest demand is low mileage 928's. And also the last two big sellers had 15" phones

Same seller as the guy on Hemmings. He bought it off ebay for ~$37,700 and subsequently has installed the included original radio and recharged the AC. Taking a loss but he says he just saw another car that he wanted.

Pity they did not choose black interior with grey carpets with that plaid and the exterior color.

Admittedly, taken in by the fine marketing, I threw in a bid on this '79. Picture was the only one provided. Would love to hear the details from the winning bidder. Eight were watching it along with me....

At this rate there will be 120 928's put up for auction over at BaT this year! Here is the latest one. A '88 2-pedal, black over semi-pasha...yep...a little pasha, not a lot. Nice looking car.

The lindgruen '79 is back on ebay, with no reserve this time. Great color, even though it needs a total restoration.
This should be interesting to watch.

The bar seems to be rising in the cars that are being presented...

I like it!

A sad perspective on just how HOT these regional fires can be...sustained foundry temps.
