Hey Hoi,
You want the '81 Euro on BaT?
I'll stay out the way if you're after it.

The euro is going much higher than what I’m bidding, Just getting ball rolling. Sorry to say, but you’re not the only one going after this one (not me after this). Aren’t you going for the GT?

Guilty as charged. Thanks for the kind words Hoi and Pat. It’s with Churchill on consignment currently but as much an off-season storage solution as anything. Plan is to list on BaT in the early Spring if she doesn’t sell there.
I’ve got heavily into my Lancia Delta Integrales (ambition is to be the VanD of the early 8vs! Although I have an EVO too). I think we buy the cars that we wanted as kids and the 928 is the generation older than me. Beautiful car but I’m just not giving her the drives she deserves. Had thought about biting the bullet and using it as my DD but we get a lot of snow so I use my C4S for that.
Any questions feel free to PM me. As Hoi will attest I’d consider a fair deal that means it goes to an enthusiast as much as maximizing sales price. I’m glad to see prices rise as much as validation of the models importance and brilliance alongside 911s than simply monetary significance.
Although I’ll regret parting, my best-friend bought my ‘82 Weinrot so there’ll still be a 928 in my life, in a vicarious sense.

They're both already higher than what I'd pay for either. The GT is real nice, but I don't care much for red.
I'm real tempted by LongRunner's Baltic Blue as it would look awesome with my Venetian Blue M491. But, it's got a 180k miles on it.

Anyone familiar with this Venetian Blue S4 at Mohr Imports in California?
They've had it for quite some time now.

I'm still dreaming about your car every day. Just showed your ad to my wife 2 nights ago and she didn't complain. If I do not already have an india-red '79 over at Greg's, I would be all over your car. I don't mind autos at all. I love my petrol blue/cork that's with an auto. Maybe I can paint my car over at Greg's to Weinrot and buy yours! Best of both worlds! I will keep in touch-Hoi

Beautiful color with a nice interior/low mileage will get people's heart pumping.

Great to see collectors out there starting to open their purse for the 928s.
On Hemmings now for $39,900

Quick flip, but not too profitable since the highest bid before being pulled off eBay early was $37,700. Strange.

^^^ I don't see it was pulled early on ebay, Hoi.
Same or different seller on Hemmings? I think the owner from Willmington is here in RL. Hopefully he will see this and respond.

the auction was due to end last Sunday 3p but pulled last Saturday night.
The car is back on eBay too by different user. Now, the car is located in cherry hill, nj. Across the river from philly,
not sure the seller from Wilmington is here in rennlist. He came to my house last year and I told him all about Stan.

Almost way to fast of a turn around on the sale. Curious about who purchased it for less than the 37K and is trying to turn a profit. Maybe an employee offered the 20K +/- and is trying to flip it.

Assuming it passes a crank end-play check, then yup, that’s a great price in today’s market.

The pictures suck though...

Just confirmed from previous owner. It was sold. Wow, wondering why such a quick flip and without much profit? If the last bid was correct at $37,700.

More goodness over at BaT. This time a '94 GTS 2 pedal, black over tan showing 57K on the clock.
