Whilst I don't agree with the OP's approach, I do agree on shipping incomplete orders.

No, it isn't. You can walk out of the store without buying anything else.
Say I order a monitor and, because I'm paying for shipping, decide to get a couple of Ethernet cables. I would not be pleased to receive the Ethernet cables (a few dollars maximum), no monitor and pay for delivery.
I know this might come as a surprise, but the very first thread in this section is 1/2 off sale on used parts and it has a current list of things that are not in stock. It's been there for a couple of weeks. Guess what's on that list.
I cant live with the fact my gas cap lock may not work! I'm putting my boots back on and going to verify this immediately
All of my gas cap locks but one worked correctly. My solution was to make them all work the same, so now none of my gas cap locks work correctly. I "fixed" them all until they broke
Can't speak for you. But when I've ordered stuff from 928intl and not gotten the full order i just waited. In a couple of months the rest of the stuff showed up. They sent it as soon as they got it. Didn't really care about the price cause the items were difficult to get, so don't even remember what they charged. Was just happy as lark I got it.

I guess I should feel very lucky that mine works well.
So, just yesterday I had a little exchange with Tom about a part I had ordered. I was lucky he even had the time to pick up the phone during this sale. After we had hung up I started worrying that I had upset Tom. The worry turned to dread and soon I was wringing my hands over this. You see, one of my goals in life is to never, ever, and I mean never upset Tom, Mark or anybody else at 928 International. I reconnected with Tom via email and he responded right away. Everything was alright, tragedy averted! Wow, I really am sensitive.
We really are lucky to have this top notch business serving our peculiar needs. We are beyond lucky that they run this awesome sale! We are not very lucky that Porsche doesn't really support our cars very well.
I hope Murp has his life insurance paid up; The first time he gets a sealed Porsche bag with the right part number on it that contains the wrong part his poor head is just gonna explode with righteous outrage at the entire supply chain.
