Want to use the 'degree' symbol in text? This one: º It's ascii character number 167. To insert it on a Windows PC, press the key, and while holding it down press 167 on the number pad of your keyboard. Then release the key and there will be your symbol. This works only from the number pad numerals, not from the number keys at the top of the alpha keys area.
Demonstration: º

[Kramer's Apartment - The Merv Griffin set]
NEWMAN: Lately, though, I've been, uh, - I've been buying the generic brand of waxed beans. You know, I rip of the label… I can hardly tell the difference.
KRAMER: We've officially bottomed out, mm. Who's our next guest?
NEWMAN: We got no one!
KRAMER: We need a new format. We should shut down and re-tool.
(Kramer pulls the plug, hitting Newman in the process, and the show goes dark -Kramer exhales as they sit there for 7 seconds, silently, thinking )
NEWMAN: What about a guest-host?
KRAMER: I'll pretend I didn't hear that.

Alt -167 gives º , Alt 248 gives ° on Win7 for me. Whats the difference? One is upper case?
In Outlook they are different graphics , only A-248 is a ° .

Rear wheel bearing closure- I think the bearing will be ok in this one- no excess force in its installation:
Put a rebuild kit in the clutch slave, though it probably didn't need it- bore looks like a million bucks:
And started putting brakes together:

Rob, I am getting my front brake calipers ready for plating too, and I am wondering how they were able to seal the insides of the brake piston bore (?) during the plating process?
Awesome looking project, and you and William are an inspiration to us all with a '78!

Hi Hoi-
Honestly I don't know how they do it- the powdercoaters around here have a kind of high-temp tape that they use to protect surfaces that they don't want powdercoated- I assume the platers are using something similar, but the cylinders all came back ready to install, didn't have to remove any blockoff material.
Here are the calipers all ready to roll:
