Default New Radiator for only $595

In just a few weeks we will get our first batch of 2 cooler radiators made by CSF. For those of you not familiar with them I urge you to check out their web site. http://www.csfrace.com/
CSF already makes several radiators for other Porsche models and we are excited to be the sole distributor for the 928 radiator. It will be an all aluminum radiator with the exact dimensions of the stock unit and will come with a 2 year waranty. We are taking orders now but will not charge your card until they are ready to ship.

Mark,
Great job.
Just to clarify, if I have a 5 speed and only need one cooler the other connections are left "not used" or filled with liquid and then capped?
Thanks

No need to cap other than to keep dirt out if it were used at a later date

I am still a little weary on fully aluminum leaking from the usual temperature changes from driving around and developing stress cracks in the welds after a few years.

How well do their other radiators do in the long run?

Since Behr isn't making any more of the plastic tank radiators for the 928 and the only existing ones are either from Porsche or whoever is hording them (I still have a couple), it's not like you are going to have much choice....

These people know their radiators.....go to their Website.

I did a fair amount of research before going forward with CSF. I read many web forums to see how they faired with other non porsche radiators and to see what people thought about their fit and finish.
I talked to a few Porsche race teams that are using the CSF radiators on their 997 cup cars and everything came back very positive. I'm actually pretty excited about making them available. I just wish I had them already but being a fairly large company these things don't happen overnight. Every part is made in house including the oil coolers and fittings. No more having to remove your old ones or using spacers as CSF has their own screw machines in house to make the proper fitting. They even have their own vibration and salt spray testing in house and are ISO 9000.

Thanks for the replies Gregg and Mark. I now feel like the radiators will be extremely well made and won't have the faults that the old Devek radiators had.

And I am surprised at the relatively low price. I was expecting them to exceed $1K.

It will be great to see how they perform in traffic and under other stresses like boosted applications.

Geez, at that price I can put one in the stroker to see if we can blow the end tanks off.

Mark,
The community thanks you for your efforts in this matter.
So far so good with my unit, but I've always had concern that when the time comes will there be a replacement available that 'is made' for our cars.
Thanks to you, it looks like there will be.
