Hi all. I'm new to the forums...and the 928 world!(currently have Cayman and Boxster)

Hoping to be a very active member going forward.

I'm trying to get an option list for a vehicle I am about to purchase.

I see members helping out...and that is awesome...but I am curious if there is a way to pull my own somewhere?

Hello

My buddy was looking through his old stuff and found an owners manual. The car had been in an accident in 2008 in Florida and last time he saw it was at a body shop (the body shop bought it from him after screwing up the frame, but know they claim they fixed it). He was telling me that it was a mistake letting it go. He told me he never had seen a 84 928S with the color combination it had. He told it was a brown exterior and burgundy interior. After looking at some photos he saw with the same exterior color (Rauch Quartz Metallic). We saw this thread and he wanted to know if the options for this VIN is correct.

The options dataset does not have the exterior and interior colors. That particular set of options is pretty common for US '84s, there are 1062 cars that have all those options. What's the VIN?
