So it is correct that my machine does not have protective moldings and that the passenger seat has manual adjustments.
I do not understand what it is "without ESE-Regulations"

Your car was not originally fitted with rubstrips at the factory, all bets are off the table over the subsequent 33 years. If you have them now, they were likely added later.

RE: manual seats, I am assuming (but do not know for sure) that the absence of an option code for 6-way comfort seats (M437/438) means you have manual seats.

RE: Without ESE Regulations , I don't know what it means either. There is a world trade organization in the UN called the UN ECE that has standards for automotive manufacture, sometimes I wonder whether ESE is a typo (or a bad translation from whatever the Germans call it). But I'm probably wrong.

M323 Sticker, without ESE-Regulations
- Sticker is weight info sticker at front center of enginebay between hood lock and headlamp shaft. Without ESE means sticker is either missing completely or do not contain reguired weight info for some European countries like Germany. This is strange to see in car destined for Austria.
