Hi Rob. You researched this Vin for me already but my insurance company (Erie Insurance) is telling me it's coming up as a 924. Is that possible? 92A0821143

This VIN structure is unique to the 1980 MY.
You should ask your insurance company to add WP0ZZZ before the actual VIN.

Thank you 928cs. I found a 10 digit decoder online (stuttcars.com) and the 6th digit, where you show a 2 - US/Can version, they show it indicates model type, in this case 928S, not US/Can version as you state.
