Some '80 and '81 ROW cars were so stripped that they did not have visors. Thus need for separate code for those cars which got them. They were standard on some country codes so car can also have them without code.

Good to know Erkka, thanks! Was there a different rear headliner panel without the 'detents' for the visors? (I doubt it, but maybe?)

Panel is same shape with detents but there are no mounting holes for visors.
