We hope that you are already planning on attending this year's annual Porsche 928 event, "SHARKTOBERFEST '13" scheduled for October 18-20, 2012 in Anaheim, California.

This prestigious event has grown to historic proportions. Last year's event proved to be a tremendous success, gathering over 100 Porsche 928s in one location.

If you had attended last year's event, you would already know what a sensational time was had by all. This year's event will prove to be even better, though it hardly seems possible!

The focus of SHARKTOBERFEST is the camaraderie among owners of this German super GT. You'll be able to share your 928 experiences with other owners and make new 928 friends at this event. We have scheduled in plenty of time for you to enjoy the many 928s on display throughout the day, from daily drivers to garage queens, as well as race cars and modified street machines. Plan to be amazed by the display of so many Porsche Type 928s in one location.

Sharktoberfest '13 will be a great opportunity for you to meet and view presentations from some of the most knowledgeable and technically adept 928 personalities in the nation.

Take the time to browse through 928 International's amazing collection of 928 parts! This will be a great time to get the items you need to maintain and enhance your car. There will also be other 928-related items available for purchase should you desire. Enjoy a fabulous BBQ lunch on Saturday, generously provided by 928 International.

Great News, Mark. I hope to be there and to have my recently acquired S3 with me that I plan to pick up in Northern CA on about thursday or friday of that weekend. I'm looking foreward to the information about the Hotel so I can make my reservation. I hope this is another Hotel owned by our Comrade, Joseph.

 

Also, if we can get Randy to bring the "GTS Bar" the day before, perhaps we could have a tailgate party or some sort of parking lot or other drinking event at the Hotel the evening before. I hope the "GTS Bar" is not limited to the GTS Drinkers only, but may include the whole "928 Bar."

What happens on Friday and Sunday?

Being I am distant local (2 hr drive) I am trying to figure out if it is best to do Friday to Sunday or just come on Saturday.

 

Come to the hotel on Friday night...hang out all night in the bar.. do the event on Saturday... dinner Saturday night...and then (usually) fun drive on Sunday..(or some folks hit the road home)...

I am definitely coming on Saturday - and for those that want to make an extended stay out of it, the PCA Escape starts the following week and there are some great drive/tours set up for that.
