I'd brag about being in the lead but we all know that only means I'm holding the other 2 back
It is on OB, and there were potentially cyclists around every corner. Yeah, that's my defense

Thanks to Mark and family. Wonderful and gracious hosts!
And thanks to all the 928 folk who were there. A really great group of people to be with!
It was nice to renew acquaintances and making some new ones.
The wife and I had a great time.
And a special thanks to those who took advantage of the reduced prices on the items I had with me.
We spent a few days in and around LA doing some sightseeing.
I spent a lot of time on the 405 and I have to say that despite the heavy traffic I found the other drivers were not at all bad. Everyone seemed somewhat more tolerant and not as aggressive as some other parts of the country.
In Detroit and in some parts of the east coast many other drivers goes out of their way to see that no one merges in, tailgates to the extreme, never gets out of the way and thinks the left lane is their very own driveway.
Either I was in a laid back mood due to being away from home, or maybe west coast drivers are just different.
