Of course, I waited until the last minute...and Tom took my room. 
No more group rate rooms. I reckon I'll try and sweet talk 'em when I get there.
I liked the old hotel, where you talked to people at the front desk!
Not the call service/computer adverts, blech.

I was able to change my reservation online to put in the group code, using the 'Modify Reservation' link in the confirmation email.

I don't think I can drive the 928 I just got up to Sharktoberfest.
I dont think it can pass the smog for me to register the car in California yet (I can see the smog going up from the side of the car and not the tail pipe). This leads to no insurance nor plates, nor does it have the current years tags.
I will see if I drive it early morning to avoid the police
