What an amazing time! A big THANK YOU to the 928 OC and the Potomac Region PCA for putting this great event together and making my first Frenzy so special. While I was sad that I could not bring "Helga" down, I couldn't believe the fun I had meeting all of you, learning from you and having a great time talking with you. I came home with a bunch of great ideas, loads of great car care stuff from Darrell, and a smile on my face like when I drive my 928.

And as fate would have it, the door prize I won, the model 928, is the match for Helga - a black 928 S4! It's fate, I tell you!

Safe travels everyone and hope to see you again soon!

Thanks to all our friends out there at Frenzy. If you couldn't tell, I had a ball. I had been down for a while and man, what an uplifting event. Loved meeting everyone and finally putting a face on Roger and the crowd from Texas. Thanks for coming guys. I hope and pray everyone got home safely and are well.

Biggest thanks to Stephen Adams for letting me ride shotgun in his awesome 91 GT. What a car. I hope to have mine ready next year and will see you all again.

Lastly, huge thanks go out to Greg and all the sponsors and helpers who made the event possible, and to Greg's son with whom I had great conversation. What a job he has done raising that young man.

Some Frenzy pics:

Fraggle explaining some of the finer points of speed/density fuel injection systems.

More of the "bad kids" hanging out in the parking lot.

Some of the sharks at Summit Point before our parade lap...

Another Frenzy in the can, and they just keep getting better! Great time this weekend with the usual suspects (Jim, Glen M, Glen, Kevin, Gary, Fraggle, Otto, Bertrand, Wayne, et al) plus a couple of the Texas gang - great to see you Roger and Sean! And all the other familiar faces and new faces. We had a fantastic run down too - the two Ricks and me - really stretched the legs! Also got to drive the awesome Beerfish beast! Damn, fastest shark I've ever been in - thanks John!
Many thanks to the folks who put this on - Greg, Kevin, Bruce, and JP (missed you). And thanks to the sponsors too. Looking forward to the pictures Ernest and Orlando took.
Now, to catch up on some sleep!

Well, another Frenzy done with and I'm already looking forward to next year! This was the very best Frenzy so far!

I got home around 4:30 and had to take a nap for a couple hours. You guys kept me up WAY past my bed time all weekend! It was so fun hangin' with the BAD KIDS.

I'll post a bunch of pics as soon as I upload them.

Took some shots of the cars parked at Odds and Ends on Saturday morning...

If you see your car and want me to add details, pm me and I'll edit in some captions. Sorry I'm not that great with names and owners of all these great cars.

Had a great time getting to know a couple of you much better. I'm sure Orlando will out-do me significantly on quality!

A couple of a 930 at the end there... We had a nice representation of a few other P-Cars and it was great to see how welcoming the 928 owner community is to all Porsche owners.

Great first Frenzy for me and my co-pilot Frank Barnhill. Thanks for hosting such a great event!

If nothing else, it was worth the drive to see Stan's (Mr. Merlin) car in person. That paint has to be seen to be believed!

So looking forward to next year. Hopefully by then I'll be back in a Shark. If not... Well, it was still plenty of fun in the 951.

More "bad kids" in the parking lot...

The Texas contingent - thanks for coming guys - it was absolutely AWESOME that you made it to Frenzy.

Stan's car. Yum.

Yum again.

Roger smiling because we both agreed it would be simpler if I just did direct deposit of my paycheck into the 928s r'us account.

I wasn't paying attention so I missed the first couple cars.

Beerfish rides!

Voted best way to get around the Odds and Ends Detailing parking lot.
