See you all this afternoon.
Minneapolis maybe

Have fun ...

Been up since 4:30... car is parked at a nearby hotel (H.I. was sold out by the time I booked), and my crazy commute got me to my DC desk at about 8:45. 3+ hours! Oy. But, I won't have to battle DC traffic to get out there; at least not driving in it (metroing out to West Falls Church). Anyone wanna pick me up from metro or Dulles this afternoon? Your choice! I'll buy ya a beer or 6!

Default For those traveling from points south (I-95N)

There's a huge jam-up near Quantico due to an HOV extension project.

I suggest this alternate route:
To Odds and Ends - http://goo.gl/maps/cxRUj

To the Holiday Inn - http://goo.gl/maps/iK4pl

Avoids the DC beltway, and more scenic too!

Of course when it rains it pours. About 20 minutes into the drive this morning, my 928 started to cut out. It did it several times to the point of stalling. It appears to be an electrical issue. I assume when I installed the porken chips last night I probably aggravated an old solder joint and once the computers heated up, that was it. So....I made it to Frenzy in my 911. So....when you see a guards red convertible.....pretend its a garnet red 928. Don't forget....I am not like many of the 911 owners I have met before. I love the 80's...especially P cars. There is always next year.

A broken hearted...tired...8 month project that just did not make it over the finish line......Yet!!!!!

I appreciate your efforts to get the 928 done and to Frenzy. I look forward to seeing it at a future event.

When you said yesterday that you just had to install the Porken chips, I almost said to just leave it alone and do that when you got back.

What appears to be one of the better Frenzies weather & attendance wise - I wasn't able to make. I'm at my son's hockey tournament in Pittsburgh. At least they're cleaning up and it's a lot of fun.
Oh well, kids are kids for a fleeting moment. Cool cars stay cool forever.
Since I'm not seeing any posts to this thread today (Sat) that means to me that everyone is fully immersed in the event! I'm envious. If it's anything like around here, the weather must be perfect.
Anyone who happens to read this, please give a shout-out on my behalf, and enjoy the rest of the day/night/vodka (not necessarily in that order).
Anxiously awaiting pictures.
Does everyone like this year's shirts?
Sincerely,
Envious in Pitt
