I will be at Odds & Ends tomorrow around 3 for a pre-event cleaning and quick tidy-up.

If you haven't seen the thread about my emissions testing fun, it was suggested by Fraggle that I track down the owner's club diagnostic scope.

My question for this thread is: whom specifically should I bribe with beer in order to get it plugged into my car?

Thanks, look forward to meeting you all...

I didn't think I'd make it as of just a little while ago...so I am flying in late Friday night into Dulles-then renting a car. I'll be there for part of the day Saturday before I drive to my house in Greensboro, NC. It will be a Kia. Don't judge! 928 is being serviced.

He skipped English Public School and went to the nearest English Pub.

Well.....my car is together and I am taking the risk and bringing it. Still have to clean inside, install porken chips and install seatbelts.

I am going to trust it to get me there.

Udvar-Hazy is simply amazing! So much better than the museum on the Mall. Set aside several hours!

I'm very excited to head down to my first Frenzy tomorrow. Unfortunately, my 928 won't be making the trip this time.

I was getting it checked at my local indy shop (Premier Eurocars - Formerly Don Galbraith Motoring) for track driving at Watkins Glen on 10/7 and 10/8, and ran into a few minor issues, one being a brake caliper/line leak. Shouldn't be a big issue to fix, but they didn't have the matching brake line to that caliper on hand today, so it won't be ready to go tomorrow. However it should be very ready for The Glen.

Looking forward to meeting you all face to face finally!

Via I 70 made it to Indy exit 89 Holiday in suites,
1145 miles in about 20 hours, lots of bugs.
Hope to show at 4 pm maybe earlier safe travels to all,

Stan - give a call at four one two, 328 four 740. We will be heading on the same track as you - will hit I70 south of Pittsburgh around 10 am but then drop down I79 to I68 and across northern MD - there are way fewer cars, much better scenery, and less worries about good speed driving. If you are near, you can join us (there are 3 sharks in our caravan).

Hi guys,

We got here (Holiday Inn) yesterday night.
Everything went perfectly well.
We had the chance to meet a fellow Rennlister and his wife from Meneapolis (?).

We will probably go visit the aviation museum this morning.
See you all this afternoon.
