3hrs in, got one out. Lots of disassembly to get to here, plus other projects at the same time.
One in!
Two in! (plus new starter, new OPG sender, flex plate service and clamp, welded 2nd O2 bung, and a handful of other while-there fixes.
11hrs.

Nah, it'd just be a bunch of swearing, and clinking of beer bottles
Nice headers, although having the O2 sensors in different banks isn't my preferred outcome. If you're doing much sharktuning, it might be worth sticking a balance pipe between pipes just after the header flanges?

Who did the header/Y part. Been trying to figure out how I want my exhaust MSDS on back.

Came with the kit.
However, burns stainless will build one to order, like they did on my old system, now FS.
X pipe to dual smog passing cats, to 3" single, with 2.5" anti-resonating tube.
Trying to work what this is worth currently..as its a bear to ship.
Installation services available by my shop in Santa Cruz.
PS: Halfway thru the SC install, just waiting on a few bits I ordered from Roger I will get tomorrow.

are those devek headers equal length??
are the level one headers for the S4 or the 3 bolt flanges, a better design than the 2 valve version, where you have to drop the headers to get the clutch out?

maybe its all S4 headers that are better than 2 valveers. I have a set i want to help the owner of the 6 liter with. cheap S4 (or 85, i dont know if it matters) and now he needs a rear muffler system and tubing with y pipe

We like to take care of our own...lol
I can't imagine doing all that work snaking them around like that and NOT making them equal length. And from what I can see where they come from I would bet they are.

A few other things..
We did not raise the engine..the nuts that were a PITA on the drivers side..would have remained a PITA even with more room.
The slip-on section for Cyl8, for us could NOT go into the bay attached. We put up the 3-legged main header, put on 2 nuts on the ends just enough to hang it, and the slip on bit went up in there just fine.
The -whole- range of the car runs better...and it screeaaaaaaams a nice new sound too.
But right now, im about 1/2 thru the supercharger install.
The fuel work is done, waiting on a few WYAIT bits from Roger tomorrow in the mail to wrap it up.
