This 79 is really cool. May be most stripped 928 I have ever seen. No sunroof, 5 spd, Manual seats, manual a/c, no rubs strips. Very cool indeed.

It looks like your '81 is also a manual seat. I'd be interested in the distance from the seat cushion to the headliner in each car. With the seats all the way back.

IIRC, people have said the diff is about three inches.

Both cars are worth saving, imho.
