Default how much torq and hp would a old tranny take?

Is it possible to find out what our gearboxes are rated for, or do someone have an idea of approx where you would be "in danger" of breaking something?

I have a G28/03.
What are the weakest point in the drivelines?

Btw: i always double clutch and blip the trottle on downshifts, so I'm not thinking of problems regarding bad syncros.

Considering all the different variables it is just an educated guess for anyone, but I think most people say a 5 speed is good for about 450rwhp. A Rogerbox can hold up to a lot more.
