nice products but pay for the over-cost and shipping just because they are the "big 3"

Customer tracking sucks as well
You're obviously not dealing with the people I've been dealing with.

Guess I'll order from someone who knows my name, address, payment method, and who is willing to find what I need...

I started out as a 914 guy which is AA's real specality. Even then I had bad experiences, which turns out to be a known thing in the 914 community. I have tried them again off and on over the years as I migrated to the 928, and still unhappy with them most of the time. Very different experience dealing with 928 intl, 928srus, or the Nine Source. I have also started staying away from Pelican after then have shipped the wrong part across the ocean a few times.

There is one certainty in being a customer and that is the longer you deal with someone the greater your chance of being dissappointed. It is how the supplier deals with that dissappointment either brings you back or sends you to someone else.

I have had 3 dissappointing transactions a) ordered online and after 3 months and many emails got a refund when they couldn't supply, b) ordered a part online and about a week later noticed a refund on my credit card statement but no email to tell me they couldn't supply, so much for service and c) ordered parts but got supplied the wrong colour.

All it has done is narrowed my number of suppliers but if I had to get a part from these suppliers I would, not proud when it comes to my baby.

Your first point of contact should be the supplier but if they don't want to know you then post.

Hi folks

Here a brief update of my case.

I asked partial refund using PayPal case resolution and sent one email to customer service with my disappointment. They accepted my refund (I asked the parts value less shipping - I paid for the shipping) a couple days after my email and we closed the case at PayPal.

BTW no communication from Autoatlanta, I mean no excuses, complains, nothing.

Sorry for the delay, but I'm facing busy days.

Thank you guys !

Paragon-Products also carries 928 parts. I just placed a big order with them not to long ago and everything was advertised. Shoot them a shot as well. They were also a lot cheaper than the quotes I received from other vendors, saved almost $100 bux on a $650 order.

Buyer beware. Research anyone that you purchase things from on the internets. If you are unable to walk in their business and put them in a rear-naked choke for stealing from you, then take care to find out if they are rip-off-artist.

Unfortunately Porsche means 'Someone I can steal from' to some businesses.

(200 bucks for some grubby used wipers? I walked past 3 sets of rear wipers last weekend just rotting away on junkyard cars..)

928 RUS, 928 Intl., 928 motorsports, 928 specialist... I've bought a lot of parts, always solid gold. I've never met anyone person ever, I think the world of them all. Solid, honest, fast, reliable, more than fair!
