Default Disapointed with Autoatlanta

Hi guys,

I now they are sponsors here, but I have to tell you guys my frustation with Autoatlanta because this is the second situation with them. The first one was about one idle tool that I never received.

I paid more tham 300.00 bucks and received trashed both rear and front wiper arms. They looks so bad with paint peeling, rust and blade play. I paid international shipping and 100% in taxes, so my bill is more tham 1,000 in GARBAGE !

On their website it's listed as "REAR WIPER ARM G92862861005 - Genuine Porsche Price: $248.30" - no mention about USED - so assumed they are new, based on price tag.

Open a dispute on Paypal and post a message to customer services.

I'll keep you guys informed.

The situation is even worst... I"m so upset that just now I realised that I didn't received the drivers side wiper arm that I paid 100.00 !

Not defending Auto Atlanta but did you get in contact with them before the dispute on Pay Pal?

Personally I give a place 1 chance to fix a mistake. I also heed the advice of this board on vendors for 928's. Big 3/4.

I hope you get a resolution in your favor.

Benson? Do you have a URL?? No luck with a "Benson +Porsche +928" Google search

As for AutoAtlanta - I haven't ordered anything, but I do like how they have the PET pictures linked to their database. Similar to Pelican when you click on the part info.

Bruce: Mark Benton is the owner of the "The Nine Source", and on top of the above mentioned Big 3 doing a good job too.

Having ordered an item in the past which was quickly delivered to me in Finland and well above my expectations, I can therefore warmly recommend Mark as well.

For comparison ----

928sRus prices. I assume your 78 is a LHD.

Rear wiper arm 928 628 610 05 $232.70
Front arms ---
928 628 213 01 $33.44
With Spoiler 928 628 213 06 $256.50

Shipping about $35

ANY PROBLEM === Immediate replacement of product or full refund

Dealing with an honest and reliable supplier = PRICELESS

I ordered a few trim pieces from them on two occasions, and had no problems. All were new and original Porsche parts.
Shipping was cheap and fast as they are in Atlanta and I am in Florida.

Rennlist should take action.

The modus operandi is make some customers happy while nailing the rest. Same thing mason did.
