"I now they are sponsors here"

Should not exclude them, good or bad, from the discussions here.

jmartins,

First, take some pictures of the parts you received, showing condition etc.

If you paid by credit card then contact the credit-card company and find out how to handle a disputed charge.

Once you start a disputed-charge case, the CC company will put the funds on hold, then get information from you and from the company, and then make a decision. If you can document the facts (pictures of rusty parts, screen-shots of their quote or web page showing new parts), and invoice showing that you were billed for missing parts, then it should be no problem getting a refund.

The rules might be different there, but the CC companies here seem to be interested in helping the customer. In my experience Paypal seems more interested in helping the merchants.

And of course if this is the second problem with those folks, then make sure there is no third!!

Good luck!

'They' are the only negative experience I have ever had in purchasing 928 parts. Plenty of other ethical, responsive, and knowledgeable vendors with which to do business.

A few months ago I was searching all over for a trans bowden cable. I contacted them and they requested my money right away. I was told I would get confirmation on shipping within a week. Called them in a week and they could nor find the order, told me they were putting a 87 928 on the "rack" and would be dismantling it in 2-4 days. Called back in 5 day's and it had not made it to the "rack" yet. About 1 week later they call and tell me the cable was no good. I did receive a credit in about 2 weeks with the requested confirmation. The price was quite high compared to others but had no choice at the time.
928 Int. came up with a perfect specimen in the meantime. Thanks again Tom and Mark.

and the so-called Big 3

I have ordered from them and pay way too much for a simple box in USPS
nice products but pay for the over-cost and shipping just because they are the "big 3"

Customer tracking sucks as well
