Any 928 owner in LA that would like to hook up with us, we would really enjoy meeting with you.

here is our flight info

LA is a BIG place, what areas do you plan to visit?

Some of the tourist sites I can recommend are 928intl and Mark's new 928, and some like Disneyland while in the same area.

Staying at the Sheraton Universal Hotel where ever that is.
Visiting Marks and any other 928ers would be cool.
Thanks danglerb

If Hollywood is your real destination, fly in to Burbank (Bob Hope) airport next time. Smaller/closer/easier, especially compared with LAX.

Sorry I won't be in town this weekend. Enjoy your visit, and bring shorts. Wx projected to be around 80 next weekend.

Hey Brad since you'll be in LA, maybe you can hook up with Charlie Sheen. You guys can talk about 928's and hookers ............ As long Deb isn't around.

It's ok, they sell shorts here at one or two little out of the way shops. I can tell when it's winter here when I have long pants on past noon.

Get with USAir now and see if they will move your flight to BUR. It's 15 mins from Universal, just a few freeway exits. LAX is easily an hour-plus. On return, 2 full hours needed at LAX. Burbank is small enough that I can arrive 45 mins ahead of the flight and still easily make zone 1 boarding with time to spare. So long as you are connecting in Phoenix anyway...

Argh, another 928 visitor on a weekend where I will be herding cats to gymnastics, basketball, dance, and swimming.....

RE: the Sheraton Universal- make sure your room is on the north side of the building, unless you enjoy a commanding view (and noise) of the 101 freeway.

A trek to 928Intl is a must, but that trip should be made between the hours of 10AM and (at most) 2PM on Friday. Any earlier (or later) than that on a Friday afternoon and that ~40 mile trek could take 2-2.5 hours. And be sure to eat at Blake's across the street. Mmmmm, pastrami...

Brad,

When you know what day and time you will be visiting 928 Intl, let me know. I'll stop by to meet you guys and to check out Mark's new shark... I work and live just a few miles from the shop.
