Use a wet kit only and install a wideband and 044 fuel pump.
I have used up to a 175 shot before the murf install, I have a 50 shot now.
I have had the nozzle mounted in the maf just below the sensor but now have it in the boot were the plug is on a murf kit. I will try to find pics.

Hi ![Smilie](https://rennlist.com/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)
You do NOT need to fit a bigger pump for Nitrous, I run the standard pump for well over 1000 hp of Nitrous...
With Nitous its about fuel PRESSURE not capacity, dont forget Nitrous runs on carbs with 4 or 5 psi pumps.... our can produce well over 50 psi...
All the best Brett

The fuel supply is the most important part of a nitrous system. A lean air/fuel mixture will kill an engine when using nitrous, oh never mind...I know nothing

What you say is true but I repeat....you do NOT need a bigger pump !
If I dont on between 1000 and 2000 hp...you certainly dont on the 150 hp max the OP will be fitting....
The only thing I have done to improve the fuel system is to drill and tap the front of BOTH the fuel rails so I have even distribution...that was not needed until I went over 1000 hp, before then I took the fuel from the right hand rail (RHD) ONLY...
All the best Brett

No fighting kids don't make me stop this car!
Let me get back to my original question:
I am looking for hose/tank routing
Equipment mounting points
Nozzle placement
Kit recommendations
Thanks so far for all your feedback

I would only use a Wizards of NOS kit personally... see here for various options (they also have agents in the US)

I'll make it easy for you
Go to my thread listed below. my car is has and is running great w/ a wet progressives 150 shot for three summers, remember the Nitrous only supplies the Ox enabling you to burn the 150 hp of added fuel.
However as you approach 500 HP you need to make sure the eng is ready for it.
Belts, Gaskets, (yes Head) all need to be in top/fresh shape; else you will find the weakest link sooner than later.
I also would suggest buying a computer controlled system, one like Nitrous Express (all US made) makes, their 150 kit (approx $600 w/o the controler, this one work great w/ our stock computer and stock WOT switch.
A Bottle heater, a remote Nitrous gauge are a must and an AFR also helps w/ tuning, the S4’s knock sensors should be plenty to retard the spark.
If you do it correctly plan on spending around $1,500. not including the install.

Any question I'll be glad to hep, send me an email and I'll get you my cell #

PS: I'm in the process of buliding the 86.5 Auto to take a 200 hp shot

soupcan has it right. use the plastic "U" adpater and drill a hole and mount the nosile. its the only place. no need for fuel mods, the pump can handle the extra fuel requried for 100hp extra no problem. any further down the system and the air flow is split to two directions, *BAD*, so the back side of the maf, might be possible too, pointed away from the hot wire obviosly. sure , it would be better to have it closer to the valves like the S2 intake, but that is not the nature of this beast with the s4. sorry, you have to do it at the maf area. OR, port intjection, which means 8 individual ports, or i think the best way would be to use two ports, tapped at the center of the outer intake plates off the plennums. (just use two nosiles and make their flows, half what you would use if you used a single. better for cooling effects (major point of all this) and would be pretty easy to control HP .But , you would need to Y off the one solinoid for the two NOS injection nosiles.

I used Nitrous Express. the guys were great to work with , mine worked well for a couple of years of track racing with no ill engine effects.
they can help you with two nosiles, as this would be the best way, or at least how I would do it if i did it again on my S4.

Based on nozzle pressure I am concerned about it becoming loose or blowing out from the boot. The other option is to tap it in on the Maf , although I wonder about turbulence being so close to the sensor wire. This is an auto and the kick down switch is accounted for with a bypass. Has anyone seen a switch for the shifter that looks half way decent?
